Presentation Guideline

The scientific program will include keynote and plenary lectures and oral sessions as well as poster sessions. The symposium program will be categorized to the following six topics:

Guidelines for the Oral Presenter
Duration of Presentation (Q&A included)
- Presentation files should be compatible with Microsoft Office Programs.
- Hand over your presentation file to the staff at least 1hours earlier than your presentation time.
‣ Plenary Lecture: 40 minutes (Q&A included).
‣ International Program: 25 minutes
‣ Special Program: 20 minutes
‣ Division Symposia: 15 minutes
‣ Oral Presentations: 10 minutes

General Guidelines for Poster Presentation
1. Presenters should finish registration for the conference.
2. Presenters will be asked to stand in front of their posters during the poster session. Especially, they need to be there within a specified window of time for the evaluation by referees.
3. The preferred content of poster has abstract, purpose of experiment, results (figures, tables), conclusions, and references.
4. The messages should be clear and easy to understand without oral explanation.
5. Please use tapes to attach your poster on the board. (Please bring your own tapes.); No pins or thumb tacks can be used.
6. Every poster has to be removed by presenters after their presentations.
   * Please select the to apply in abstract submission steps.
   KSBB Meeting provides poster awards to excellent poster presenters.
   (Presenters who are not applying for the Poster Award should also be ready for presentation.)

Guidelines for attaching a poster
The size of poster board provided is 100 cm wide and 250 cm high. - Poster Size : 90 cm (Width) X 120 cm (Height)
- We will provide a poster board with abstract number.
- You are requested to prepare your own poster within designated poster size in free form.
- Attach the poster on the board which your abstract number are indicated.
- The abstract number, title, author, and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster.
- The poster should be made in English.
- Best poster awards will be held at the last day of the symposium,
   and examiner will visit during the poster presentation time.
- If you do not complete the pre-registration, your abstract would
   be excluded in the presentation list and conference proceedings.
